Pain is part of life; suffering is optional



We all go through painful situations in life – it’s an inevitable part of the journey of living.


But suffering is a human condition + one that we do to ourselves. 


We obsessively think about things that happened in our past, that we did or were done to us. 🤯


We overthink all the things we believe are going wrong in our lives.


By doing so, we forget how magnificent our life really is. 🥺


What we focus on, we get more of. 


By wallowing in our suffering + dwelling on the negative, we’re on a slippery slope to anxiety, depression + burnout. ☹️


There is always something to be grateful for.


This breath…. this life… your health… good friends… love.




What can you be grateful for? ☺️


Who brings you joy? 🥰


What do you love to do? ❤️


Focus on the good stuff, + you’ll gradually move out of the stuck, negative vibes.
