Did you set any resolutions at the start of the year?
How are they going?
Chances are, not very well.
Rather than set resolutions each year, why not focus on getting your shit together in general?
How long has it been now that you’ve been thinking of changing your career, healing your past, working on (or ending) your relationship, prioritising your health and fitness, {insert desired goal here}?
Things don’t have to be perfect for you to make a start.
Life is about progress, not perfection.
In order to change your outer world, you must change your inner world too.
Figure out your values, needs, the things that drive you.
Suss out your limiting beliefs and obstacles in the way of you achieving your goals.
Heal the past baggage that’s keeping you stuck.
Set realistic goals for yourself using the SMART acronym ~
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Time-bound
Make sure the goals you set are YOUR goals, not what someone else wants for you.
Set action steps along the way and take I N S P I R E D ~ A C T I O N.
If it feels scary and exciting, it’s probably the right action to take.
