Pain is clear, loud, uncomfortable.
When something hurts enough, you do something about it.
You leave, you speak up, you change.
Pain forces action. 🏃♀️
But confusion sucks and keeps you in limbo, saying things to yourself like…
“Maybe I’m overreacting…”
“Maybe it’ll get better…”
“Maybe it’s me…”
“Maybe I just need to try harder…”
And these thoughts keep you stuck in a mental hamster wheel going nowhere fast.

When you’re confused long enough, something worse happens…you stop trusting yourself.
You override your gut, ignore red flags and look outside yourself for answers.
And now you’re not just stuck in the situation…you’re also stuck in your own head. 😖

You get out of confusion by changing your emotional state first, this then helps the foggy-brain lift and clarity kicks back in. 🤩
