A typical day in the life of me is:
😴getting up at 5am
💪🏻getting in the gym for a weights session to drum and bass 🎶
👌🏻 have a session with my coach
📲 sorting out my social media
🙌🏻 promoting my workshops
🗣️ chatting to my VA about what needs doing
🧠 connecting with my mastermind
👩🏼🔧 connecting with my coaching clients
📚 listen to podcasts or audio books
🐶 walk the dog before work
👩🏼💻 go to my day job
🐶 walk the dog when I get home
🙌🏻 see an energy healing client or do distant healings/coaching sessions
✍🏻 write content or do a Facebook live
🧘🏼 do some yin yoga
👤 do some personal development
📖 read a book and drift off to sleep around 9.30pm
I actually don’t really know where I find the time to do all these things, but I do.
Because I know what I want, which is to become the best version of me possible and help as many people as I can to do the same.
And I can’t do that sleeping in every day, skipping the gym, cruising through the day and doing fuck all when I get home from work.
We all have the same amount of hours in the day.
If you’re saying you don’t have time, ask yourself where can you claw back some time?
By skipping Netflix? Stopping mindless scrolling on FB? Stop playing Pokémon or candy crush?
The only one responsible for your happiness is YOU.
