I heard a good quote on a podcast I was listening to recently:
I also love this quote:
“Don’t chase the light; the light will drop in automatically when you heal your trauma.”
Life is a process of decluttering.
But first, life is a process of accumulating.
Eventually we get to a place where we realise the material, mental and emotional baggage/clutter we’re carrying around is leading to feelings of heaviness and sadness.
There comes a time where we need to declutter that which is no longer serving us.
Sometimes we do this physically; selling stuff we no longer need, moving house, moving country, changing jobs, ending a relationship.
Sometimes we do this from a place of personal development; clearing the beliefs that are holding us back, healing the emotional baggage that we’re carrying around with us.
When we do this, we lighten our load.
As we declutter our physical environment, we make space for newer, fresher things to come into our lives.
The same is true when we clear the shit that’s made our true authentic self a bit dusty.
We sparkle again, bringing in more light.
And we then attract people and situations that are aligned with our true authentic self.
Our badass self.
YOU are a badass.
Catcha on the flip side, where you no longer hold on to things that make you unhappy.
