I’ve been a coach and energy practitioner for over 20 years now.
I actually started learning kinesiology around 20 years ago too, completing three levels in the UK before deciding, at the time, to focus more heavily on Reiki. 🌀
This year, I’ve come full circle and returned to my kinesiology studies – except now I’m coming back to it with a couple of decades of coaching, trauma work and energy healing under my belt.
And wowzers, it’s fascinating. 🧐
I’ve been doing kinesiology sessions with a number of my existing coaching and energy clients lately, and one of the things I’m loving most is how much the information that comes up during kinesiology can inform what we work on next in coaching.
Because sometimes we consciously think we know the issue, but the body has other ideas.
I’ve personally seen a few kinesiologists over the years for regular sessions, and there were things that repeatedly showed up for me that, for a long time, I couldn’t make sense of – because all I remember was a happy, loving childhood. 🥰
Stress around fear and danger. ‼️
Abandonment and rejection. 🥺
Things connected to childhood, including years I couldn’t consciously remember.
And even things showing up five or ten layers deep through my paternal line. 😳
Those sessions prompted me to explore what was coming up through other techniques, as well as having conversations with my mum about my early childhood and what was happening around me during the years I couldn’t remember myself.
Suddenly, some of it started making a hell of a lot more sense.
And that’s one of the things I find so fascinating about kinesiology.
We don’t necessarily consciously know everything we’re carrying.
Our current reactions, patterns and stress responses can be influenced by experiences and associations that we’re not consciously connecting to what’s happening in our lives now.
Kinesiology was one of the tools that helped me make sense of parts of my own past, including stressors I felt I’d been holding subconsciously that I may never have thought to explore otherwise.
And this is exactly why I’m so excited to now be combining it with the work I’ve already been doing for decades.
Kinesiology can help us uncover something.
Coaching can help us understand it, work with it and change what happens next.
And energy work gives me another way of supporting the healing process.
Rather than treating each modality as a completely separate thing, I’m finding they can beautifully inform one another.
As one of my clients put it:
“Highly recommend. I found the coaching sessions combined with energy treatments to be next level in creating shifts in my experience of relating to myself and life.”

I’ve now filled all of my free and discounted kinesiology spots and I’m officially full steam ahead with paying clients. 🙌
So if you’ve been curious about kinesiology – particularly if there are patterns, reactions or stressors in your life that you understand logically but still can’t seem to shift no matter which angle you approach it from – this could be an interesting next step.
You can find my calendar via the link in my bio, or DM me and let’s have a chat about which type of session would be best for you.
Let’s do this!
