Today I won’t stress over things I can’t control

 

How much of your day do you spend stressing about things you have little to zero control over?

 

How much is that actually helping you in a positive way?

 

Ask yourself: does stressing + worrying about anything actually help me through it?

 

Or does it just run your body + mind down?

Can you find ways to surrender to the process instead? 

 

Try out some of these things to calm your nervous system if you’re feeling stressed right now:

 

Meditation 🧘🏼 

 

EFT/tapping 🤏🏼

 

Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ 

 

Walks in nature 🏖️ 

 

Getting enough sunshine ☀️ 

 

Nourishing your body with good food + enough water 💦 

 

Change your mindset ~ surrender to the process by asking curious questions or focusing on a mantra/positive word instead of ruminating 🤗

 

Ensure you’re getting enough sleep/rest 😴 

 

Listen to calming music – search in YouTube for music to calm your nervous system 🎶 

 

Ensure the people around you are helping, not hindering you 🫶🏻
