Try out some of these things to calm your nervous system if you’re feeling stressed right now:
Meditation
EFT/tapping
Yoga
Walks in nature
Getting enough sunshine
Nourishing your body with good food + enough water
Change your mindset ~ surrender to the process by asking curious questions or focusing on a mantra/positive word instead of ruminating
Ensure you’re getting enough sleep/rest
Listen to calming music – search in YouTube for music to calm your nervous system
Ensure the people around you are helping, not hindering you
