Each week I see anywhere between three and forty people for energy work, either in person or via remote healing. 🙌🏻
Because I’m working with so many humans (and their spicy little energy fields), patterns pop up and I get to see different themes at different times.
A consistent theme that pops up is people needing cord cutting. 🧬

Just like we’re born with an umbilical cord connecting us to our mums, we also have etheric cords that form between us and anyone we’re close to—or spend way too much time with.
Even when a relationship ends, the energetic cords can linger like that one ex who really should’ve stayed blocked. ❤️🩹
If the relationship was toxic, chaotic, or left you feeling like you’d been hit by a truck, those cords usually carry the same vibe: draining as hell. 🥺
Not all cords are bad. Some are mutually supportive. Some are neutral.
And some feel like one-way siphoning hoses straight to your soul. 😳
You know that feeling when someone’s name pops up on your phone and your stomach drops? 😫
Yeah… that’s a draining etheric cord doing its thing.
Those are the people who call, complain, dump verbal diarrhea all over you, and energetically suck the life out of you. 🫥
This is why cord cutting matters.
Clearing the negative cords frees up your energy, protects your field, and stops energy vampires from hanging out in your aura rent free. 🧛
It doesn’t touch the positive cords. It just gets rid of the shitty ones.
You can even do this yourself.
Think of someone who drains you. Visualise them in front of you. Ask to be shown the etheric cords between you.
What do you see? 👀
The first time I did this years ago, I focused on the partner I had at the time – an extremely toxic, volatile relationship that was sucking the life out of me. 🫠
I saw a tree trunk coming out of my heart and lower back, going into him… with only my energy flowing one way.
(And interestingly, I had lower back issues then. Two slipped discs, fun times.)
When I asked to delete the cords, I literally saw Eminem in his mask with a chainsaw hacking away at this mahoosive tree trunk-like cord, I then filled the hole full of light energy to purge any negative vibes remaining and heal it with light. 💫💞
Cord cutting stops that energetic siphoning, at least for a while.
But cords can reform, so this is an ongoing practice. I do mine a few nights a week especially when I’m doing lots of energy work on others.
I ask for all negative etheric cords to be deleted, destroyed, dissolved, and transmuted for my highest good. 😌
Then I flood myself with white plasma light, rose gold energy, and golden light to seal and protect. 💫🌕✨
The more cords we release, the stronger and cleaner our energy becomes. 🤩
