All or something

Are you an “all or nothing” kinda person?

I used to be.

But the “all or nothingness” leads to extremism and then not really getting to your goals in the most effective way.

Life is messy, humans are messy, nobody is perfect.

We are all driven by our limiting beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” which kicks in hard when we feel like we are failing.

Show up anyway.

You can smash out the best week/month ever with a great routine full of what you know works for you, then a spanner of some description gets lobbed at your face and erryting goes to shit.

Do you quit for a bit when that happens?

Or do you accept life will always throw curveballs and accept your best today may not be your best tomorrow?

Get up, dust yoself off, and take baby steps if/when you need.

Accept you don’t need to have it all figured out.

Something is better than nothing.

All or something it when you need to.
