When I started learning Reiki almost 21 years ago now, I was also learning Health Kinesiology.
I studied three levels of HK, each level was a four-day workshop that included significant practice time during and after the course. There were 10 levels altogether plus many other required courses like Touch For Health and anatomy. 🫁
There were also loads of tools you had to buy, so the cost of the courses and the tools amounted to a huge expense.
Back then, I decided to focus on one course, and stuck with Reiki – but the interest in kinesiology never went away and I’ve always continued to get regular kinesiology sessions with amazing practitioners in Perth.
This year I decided to go all in on learning kinesiology again and signed up for Sara Walker’s course, Divine Energy Integration. 💕
Over the last few weeks we’ve been working through the modules and Zoom calls, getting geared up for the four day intensive coming up in August.
We’ve been practicing along the way and buying tools like Bach Flower remedies, acupressure tools, tuning forks, Australian Bush Flower remedies, crystals, essential oils and starting to integrate these into my current energy treatments too.
Soon I’ll be contacting my regular energy clients to offer a free session so I can get some practice in. When I feel ready, watch this space as I’ll be adding kinesiology sessions to my suite of offerings. 🫶🏻
All the knowledge I learned 20+ years ago is coming back to me and I’m excited to get back on the horse! Kinesiology has been a game-changer for my own healing and I can’t wait to offer this to my clients.
I’ll keep you posted!
Much love,
