Join me for a 7 day challenge

 

 

We all go through phases where we want to try out a new habit and turn it into part of our daily or weekly routine.

 

I go through loads of different phases where I try out things I know are good for me, and a lot of these I continue to do on and off but I thought about how much more fun it would be to do it with a group where we can all motivate each other.

 

So this week I thought why not turn each of them into a mini group challenge?!

 

There are a lot of 30 day challenges around, but the reality is a lot of people lose interest and motivation after the first week or two.

 

I’m thinking short and sharp 7 day challenges are where it’s at.

 

And if you wanted to continue building it into your daily life then great!

 

I have a few ideas to get going but I’d also love ideas from you guys too.

 

I’m thinking we’d run it in my closed Facebook group called From Surviving To Thriving so we can have a post where we update each other on our progress and support each other each day.

 

So far I have the following ideas for 7 day challenges:

  • Meditation
  • Reading
  • Yoga
  • Cold shower challenge
  • Exercise
  • EFT – tapping
  • Forgiveness
  • Decluttering
  • Breathwork
  • Gratitude
  • Self-love
  • Money manifesting
  • Fasting (this would be 36-48 hours not 7 days)
