- Activities: To improve anything, you need to know where you’re at right now. Today you’ll complete a reflection exercise to assess your current state of self-love and identify areas for improvement.Â

Day 2: Values, Beliefs, and Needs
- Focus: Understanding Your Core Values
- Activities: Usually when there’s a conflict in your life it’s because there is a values clash – but so many people don’t even know what their values are! Today you’ll answer questions to explore your values and how they influence your relationships.Â

Day 3: Self-Love vs. Self-Care
- Focus: The Importance of Self-Love
- Activities: I’ve learned that self-love is the key to getting everything you ever wanted in life! Learn the difference between self-care and self-love, and reflect on your own practices.Â

Day 4: Project Self-Worth
- Focus: Building Self-Worth
- Activities: Engage in exercises to enhance your self-worth and set healthy boundaries. If you’re a people pleaser this will be especially important to help you stop that shit!

Day 5: The Finale
- Focus: Manifesting Your Ideal Relationship
- Activities: If you don’t know what you want in a relationship (or focus more on what you don’t want, you’ll keep attracting more of the same. Today you’ll create a wish list for your ideal partner and reflect on the qualities you want in a relationship. Â
