It’s so frikkin easy for us to get caught up in our busy lives, checking our phones from first thing in the morning right up until our head hits the pillow, with a whirlwind of getting-shit-done in between.
Do you find yourself waiting until your holidays to properly chill out? Or hanging for each weekend?
Do you get so caught up and so busy that by the time you do actually make it to the weekend or your holiday, you’re cream crackered or sick?
You know what? Sometimes you just gotta park your arse on the beach and chill the fuck out.
If life is getting a bit overwhelming, take five minutes out of your day to sit down and write a list of things you can do to get some chill time into your busy day.
Some things I love are:
- going to the beach
- going for a walk
- tickling the lil man to hear him laugh
- cuddling my squishy face bulldogs
- giving myself a facial or manicure
- laying in the sunshine
- meditation
