I’ve always been really passionate about the path of self-development.
As a teenager, I entered into the world of psychology and philosophy, and had a sponge-like brain for all things kooky, immense curiosity about life and a thirst for more knowledge and experience.
This led to me constantly asking myself such as “why are we here? What does it all mean? What am I supposed to do now?”
I just could never fathom that we were only human beings who, at the end of the life of the human body, died and that was it, there was nothing left.
That didn’t make sense to me, and so I always wanted to try and figure out what it was all about.
But as a teenager with hormones raging, I remember such questions absolutely doing my head in, because it seemed there were never any concrete answers – just theories – and every time I read a book to answer a question, I would end up with another 20 questions at least!
I was lucky enough to meet an amazing, inspirational group of friends in London, who I believe are my “soul group”, at around age 21.
One of them gave to me the book “The Celestine Prophecy” to read. I read it so quickly and felt that finally there was something answering all my questions.
Through this book and this group of friends, I found energy work, and began taking various courses in energy healing and other spiritual fields, became a Reiki Master/Teacher, and set up my first company in London, Phoenix Transformation in 2006.
I finished my University studies (BSc in Psychology, MSc in Forensic Psychology, Diploma in Probation Studies), and went on to be a Probation Officer for London Probation.
I’ve always been fascinated with people, what makes them tick, what makes a person do the “wrong” or “right” thing, and loved this kind of work. I also continued with my fascination for the spiritual side of life and my business thrived.
Around 2008 I completed a course through The Coaching Academy in London, and realised I was already using a lot of coaching principles and practices in my work.
I then began to use these techniques with my healing clients, doing some goal setting prior to the treatment, setting positive affirmations, and taking them through a guided visualisation during the healing.
I found this markedly improved the results of the healing.
I found myself veering more towards the coaching part of my business rather than healing, and when I moved to Perth Australia, I finally signed up for a course through Sandy Forster’s Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy, becoming an Inspired Spirit Law of Attraction Coach.
Sandy is a coach I have admired for a long time and is an excellent coach, mentor, bestselling author and all-round inspirational woman, so I am so thrilled and blessed to have trained through her.
Would you like to become an Inspired Spirit Life Coach?
I did my training with Sandy Forster through the Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy, and it is one of the BEST life changing decisions I have ever made.
