So many of us spend too much time, energy and wasted thoughts worrying about what others think of us. We also tend to operate on what we assume they think of us instead of what’s actually true. One of my favourite quotes is: “We’re all living life based on a perception, of a perception, of what we think other people think of us” 
What’s the fucking point in expending all this…
