Learn Reiki + Heal Your Own Body!

I was first introduced to body wisdom when I had a Reiki treatment done on me many moons ago. I'd had recurring stomach problems for the previous year which had me off work and in bed for up to five days at a time.

Each time, the Doctor would give me something to "fix" the symptom, which wouldn't work the next time I tried it. My gut feeling was telling me something else was up, and my friend offered me Reiki.

While working over my stomach area, she was receiving words in her head that I had made up, non existent words, about my ex boyfriend, who I'd broken up with a few years earlier as he was cheating on me.

My friend didn't know the story and didn't know the words I'd made up. When she told me, I told her the story, and she said that's why I'd been having stomach issues. The stomach is connected to the sacral chakra and is where we store our emotions.

I honestly thought I'd let that go, but my body was saying otherwise!

She suggested I learn Reiki for myself so I could do self healing.

So off I went on my journey of learning Reiki in 2005, and I haven't looked back - and that stomach issue that had plagued me for a good year of my life completely vanished!
