    • Observe your thoughts over the next few days
    • Write down any negative thoughts that come to mind then consider what you must believe to be true for you to think that
    • Choose one or two tools from the second video to clear or replace some of your beliefs
    • Post your results in the HW drop off below and then copy and paste it in the group.
